The City of Pembroke and the Township of Laurentian Valley have jointly established an Ad Hoc Sportsplex Facility Committee to guide the next phase of planning for a proposed new regional sportsplex facility.

The Committee’s role is to carefully review and refine the project’s scope, phasing strategy, and potential financing approach. The objective is to ensure that both municipalities are positioned to advance the project in a responsible, transparent, and financially sustainable manner.

To support this work, Milestone Scheduling & Consulting Inc. has been engaged to provide structured project management support, technical advisory input, and a clear pathway toward procurement readiness. The Committee meets monthly to review progress, evaluate findings, and provide direction as the project advances.
